- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and design.
- Identify reporting tools such as process rules, job tools, and routines.
- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and analysis, including creating reports, dashboards, and implementing data validation rules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user configuration, configuration, and customization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into appropriate Salesforce solutions.
- Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce enhancements and new features using deployment tools such as rules of engagement, workflows, and routines.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide relevant and timely insights to sales leadership.
- Provide support and training to end users, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Work with sales operations to strengthen sales processes, data integrity, and system efficiency.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, implement best practices, and promote system improvements.
Required and Preferred Skills:
- Advanced skills in creating complex Salesforce reports and dashboards (electronic preferred)
- Experience with Service Cloud, CPQ, or Service Cloud is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Excel and handling large data (data processor preferred)
- You can write simple, concise user stories and make changes.
- Experience with Agile development methodology (Agile/SScrum Ninja is a plus)
- Experience with Lucidchart or other design applications
- Knowledge of the internationalization/localization process
- Experience with DocuSign is an advantage.
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance is a plus.
- Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator or Senior Manager
- Preferred SuperBages: Business Manager, Electronic Reports and Dashboards Specialist and/or Automation Tool, Duplicate Management, Picklist Administration, Rebate Approval Process Creation, Formulations, and Validation
