Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible for the following range of job duties that are characteristic or typical of the job class:

  • Handles raw materials by unloading, sorting, packing, storing, loading and bailing the donations; protects the integrity of donations
  • Selects donations or store distribution that meet established quality standards and differentiates between discarded items and good quality items according to company standards
  • Meets assigned daily goals; counts, weighs and registers incoming and outgoing donations
  • Adheres to all safety procedures and guidelines for tidy indoor/outdoor maintenance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Education Requirements: Education/certifications:

  • Current certification in First Aid/CPR considered an asset
  • Steel toed footwear is required
